Terms of Use
Effective date: 10 July 2026 · Last updated: 10 July 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Neutrinori website and the content made available on it. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
This website is operated by Neutrinori (Pty) Ltd ("Neutrinori", "we", "us" or "our"), a South African company providing payroll, statutory registration and compliance services. You can contact us at info@neutrinori.co.za.
2. Website content is general information, not advice
The content on this website, including articles, guides, deadline calendars, FAQs and downloadable resources, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute tax, legal, accounting or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such. Legislation, SARS practice and filing deadlines change. Always confirm current requirements with SARS, the Department of Employment and Labour or a professional adviser engaged on your specific circumstances before acting.
3. Our services
The professional services described on this website are provided under a separate engagement between Neutrinori and each client. Submitting a booking request through this website does not create a client relationship. A client relationship comes into existence only once we have confirmed an engagement with you in writing. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a written engagement, the engagement applies to the services.
4. Bookings and communication
When you submit a consultation request we will use the details you provide to contact you and schedule the call. We aim to respond within one business day but do not guarantee response times. Consultation calls are free introductory discussions and do not constitute advice.
5. Document uploads
Where you send us documents through this website, a shared folder, WhatsApp or email, you confirm that you are entitled to share them and that they do not contain unlawful content. Documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA Notice. Please do not send us documents unrelated to a service you have requested.
6. Paid resources and refunds
Some resources on this website are sold for a fee. Prices are shown in South African Rand and may change without notice. Because digital resources are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final once the download or delivery has taken place, except where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 provides otherwise. If a resource you paid for is defective or was not delivered, contact us at info@neutrinori.co.za and we will put it right.
7. Templates and downloadable documents
Templates, checklists and similar resources are starting points that require adaptation to your circumstances. Using a template does not replace professional review. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of using a resource without appropriate professional input.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, logos, guides and downloadable resources, is owned by or licensed to Neutrinori (Pty) Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may view, download and print content for your own business use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or distribute our content without our prior written consent. Purchased resources are licensed for use within your own business only and may not be resold or shared publicly.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use this website in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or overload the site, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system or data. You may not use content from this site to train or feed automated scraping tools without our consent.
10. Third-party services and links
This website links to third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Google Drive, social media and payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". While we take care to keep content accurate and current, we do not warrant that the website or its content is error-free, complete or up to date at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neutrinori (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and POPIA Notice.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the amended Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@neutrinori.co.za.
